How is Lockwood handling COVID-19?
We take COVID-19 very seriously. Here are the procedures and policies we have in place to keep our staff and customers safe.
  • Staff and customers are encouraged to double-masks; masks are required in-store at all times. If you don't have one, one can be provided.
  • If you're not feeling well, please stay home.
  • Our team has daily wellness checks and cleaning schedules.
  • Every location has hand sanitizer for customer's use upon entry.

How do I return my purchase?

Lockwood takes pride in everything we sell, and hopes you love everything you've bought!

In the event you need to return an item or you have received an item that is in less-than-perfect condition, please contact us for a return authorization number. Lockwood cannot accept returned items without an RA number. Returns MUST be sent within 10 days of delivery of your purchase and all returned items MUST be in good, unused condition. Please note, items returned for reasons other than damage must be sent at the purchaser's expense and original shipping fees will not be returned.

All sale items are Final Sale.

I live in NYC, can I just come pick up my order?

Yes! Just choose "Store Pickup" as your shipping method. You can pick up your items at Greenpoint, Jackson Heights, or our Astoria Home & Gift location.

How do you ship items?

Lockwood ships most items via USPS. We offer flat-rate domestic shipping as follows:

  • Domestic orders under $75 are $6.95
  • Free domestic shipping over $75
  • Ship to Canada for a flat rate $15

Are all of these items available in-store?

Yes, most items online are available at one or more of our brick-and-mortar locations. (hyperlink to locations page) We advise calling the location you'd like to purchase from to ensure the item is in stock.

I need my item in a rush! What do I do?

If you need your item rushed, please let us know ASAP. Extra shipping fees may apply to rush orders. 718-626-6030 or for help.

Help! My package tracking says it was delivered, but I didn't get it.

It's always a bummer when something ordered doesn't make it into the right hands. As a small business, we cannot replace items whose tracking is marked as "Delivered" - once it is placed in the hands of the mail carrier it's unfortunately out of our control. We encourage customers to add shipping insurance at check out for this reason.

Do you sell gift certificates?

Yes! Not sure what to get that special someone? Our gift certificates are redeemable at all five brick-and-mortar locations as well as online - just click on the 'Gift Certificates'. Happy shopping!

Do you charge sales tax?

We are required to collect sales tax (8.875%) on purchases being sent within New York.

How can I pay for my purchases?

We currently take Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover, Paypal, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. Just choose your preferred payment option at checkout.
